Philippines travel itinerary

Planning a 17-day trip to the Philippines is an exciting adventure. This tropical archipelago is hot and humid all year round, with most rain falling between June and October. So, keep this in mind. The best time to go to the Philippines is from December to February when temperatures are at their coolest and the rain generally stays away. Here’s a suggested itinerary to help you make the most of your time, it was quite full, but we had a great time:


  1. Manila (day 1-2):

    • Explore historical sites, such as Intramuros and Rizal Park, Visit the National Museum and sample local cuisine.

    • or just go straight to paradise :)

  2. Coron (day 2-4):

    • Discover crystal-clear lakes, hot springs, and stunning limestone cliffs.

    • Snorkel or dive in the famous Coron Bay wrecks.

    • Take Kayangan Lake, Barracuda lake tour

  3. El Nido (day 4-8 ):

    • Island-hop around Bacuit Bay, marveling at hidden lagoons and limestone formations.

    • Relax on pristine beaches and take a boat tour to nearby islands.

  4. Puerto Princesa (day 8-10):

    • Enjoy Port Barton’s laid-back vibe, snorkeling, and beach hopping.

    • Explore the Underground River in Puerto Princesa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

5. Moalboal (day 10-12)

  • Enjoy Moalboals laid-back vibe, take a massage on a beach and enjoy great food.

  • Take a snorkeling experience and dive with millions of sardines to watch school of sardines show of nature

6. Bohol - Panglao (day 12-17)

  • Explore Bohol by visiting the Tarsier Sanctuary, Chocolate Hills, and Loboc River with Discover Bohol Tours

  • Go swimming with whale sharks

  • enjoy Alona beach and many more beautiful places
