The Journey: Our six-day adventure started with a flight from Zagreb and a warm welcome at Paddington. We covered everything: from the royal elegance of Buckingham Palace and the iconic Big Ben to the terrifying depths of the London Dungeon. We experienced the magic of the Harry Potter Studios, stood in awe before the treasures of the British Museum, and felt the roar of the Lion King musical. We ended our trip with a unique lunch in a church at Mercato Mayfair and last moments in Hyde Park before leaving back home.
Living in London: London is a city of incredible contrasts. It’s a fast-paced machine that somehow respects the silence of its parks, like Hyde Park. Walking is the soul of the experience; it’s the only way to truly see the architecture and feel the different vibes of each neighborhood. It’s a global melting pot where history meets the future on every corner.
Budget & Prices: London is expensive, but smart. Free museums are a blessing. For food, we found that food courts (Borough Market, Seven Dials, Mercato Mayfair) offer the best value for money.
For transport, contactless payment is a must – it's easy and has a daily price cap.
